Enthusiasm

“Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

I was inspired while talking to one of my clients yesterday. I was helping him set up the QuickBooks for his new company. It’s a real passion project and his enthusiasm was contagious. I was reminded that the degree of passion and enthusiasm we have about something, acts as the fuel to drive creation and gives us the energy to see something through to completion. He’s experienced a few challenges and setbacks along the way to starting this business but his excitement fueled his determination.

I heard a great speaker at my AA meeting the other day. She has been sober many years but she has a real passion about the solution she found in the big book. While she was demonstrating a practical way to apply the solution to daily challenges, I felt inspired. There was a crackling sort of energy, a spark that she created within the group that was palpable.

Whether it is passion for a business endeavor, a creative project, a piece of music, a relationship, a new workout strategy, a long forgotten dream or a sunrise, we can cultivate that spark and stoke the flames of it so it propels us forward.

I happened to glance outside yesterday, just as the sun was coming up and I was caught off guard by the beautiful sky. It was filled with pink, orange and yellow streaks across a blue palette that looked like a masterpiece in motion. It’s happening more often than not, every single morning, whether we notice it or not. There are so many possible avenues we can take to engage our enthusiasm and fuel our imagination, if we just stop and pay attention. What an exciting day today is! Let’s actively participate in its unfolding.

May all beings be happy and free 🙏🏻🙂💕

With love and light, Marina 🧚‍♂️🥰🌅
